The fair expose a huge variety of candy and sweets built whit the traditional recipes for cookers called “Las Palanqueras” who work whit the technique generations ago.
Being promoted for the secretary of government, one of the objectives of the fair is show to Colombia and the word other face of Cartagena’s gastronomy and giving even more touristic attractive to the city
